Information and registration

Conditions:

Minimum number of participants = 6 pers.

Max. Number of participants = 12 pers.

Registration (deposit), at the latest 60 days before the course starts.

In case of cancellation by participant:

Up to and including 30 days before course start = full amount refunded

Less than 30 days = no refund

The organiser reserves the right to cancel the course (e.g. if there are not enough registrations, corona, etc.) at least 25 days before the start of the course. In case of cancellation by the department, all money will be refunded.

Please note:

- The organizer is not liable for any personal injury or property damage during the event. Insurance is the responsibility of the participant.

- With the registration, the participant agrees that all pictures taken at the event may be used by the EFFA free of charge and without restriction.

- Cancellation of the registration with refund of the paid amount is only possible no later than 30 days before the event.

- If the event cannot take place for any reason, the registered participants will be informed in advance and the participation fee will be fully refunded.

- The registration is only valid after the payment of the participation fee.

- The use of the name, the logo and the instructor title are bound to the membership of the European Fly Fishing Association (EFFA).

- I am aware that in case of a possible termination of my membership I am not allowed to use the logo and the instructor patch anymore, because the name EFFA is protected.

- In case of prolonged inactivity of an instructor, the automatic annual renewal of the certificate may be denied.
