Residing in Switzerland

My name is Miha Sternad; I’m originally from Slovenia and have been living in Switzerland for ten years.
I gained my first fishing experiences early in my childhood, when my father and uncle used to take me fishing by the river.
When I moved to Switzerland, I fished a lot here as well. However, I had little experience with lake fishing.
It was in Switzerland that I first heard about the hanging rig. I was very curious about how it worked and was eager to try it out. That’s how it all began: I tied my first nymphs myself and prepared many hanging rigs.
Because this hobby was very relaxing for me, I tied more and more flies and, in 2021, sent my first samples to a competition in Slovenia.
